The JSON Schema App retrieves product data directly from your Shopify store using the Shopify storefront API. It pulls key product information such as product name, description, images, price and currency, stock availability, SKU, brand, and even ratings or reviews (if available).
This data is then converted into Schema.org Product JSON-LD markup and automatically added to your product pages, allowing search engines and AI tools to properly understand and display it.
Any updates made, such as changes to price or inventory, are automatically reflected in the schema markup.
