How to Fix missing price, availability, or review data in BigCommerce schema

1.  Check Product Price

Go to BigCommerce Dashboard → Products, open the product, and ensure the Price field is filled.


2. Verify Product Availability

Check the Inventory settings and confirm the product stock status (In Stock / Out of Stock).


3. Enable Product Reviews

Make sure product reviews are enabled and the product has at least one review.


4. Check Schema in the App

Open JSON Schema App → Manage Schema → Product → Edit Schema and confirm Price, Currency, and Availability fields are populated.


5. Re-run Setup Wizard (Optional)

Run the Setup Wizard → Analyze Schema → Apply Autofix  to update missing schema data.
